The Project Manager is directly accountable to partners, stakeholders, and management and project team members for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements and communicating to all levels of management, project stakeholders and participants.  Ensures the project team complies with Client standards including documentation, information security, etc.  Acts as the communications conduit to partners, stakeholders, and management and project team members and conducts periodic briefings/status updates. 
Proven track record of managing large projects end-to-end delivery with integrated schedules and resources, cost and quality.  Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Recommends improvements in project deliverables. Assists in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicates the impact on the organization. Establishes project tasks, timelines, issues, risks, etc., and effectively manages them.
•       Manage the 5 basic Project Management Process as it relates to Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing
•       Simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects while managing distributed cross functional project teams
•       Define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
•       Actively monitor and update forecasted project risks and issues while employing mitigation strategies
•       Direct activities and manage performance of project team members, leading all efforts to a successful conclusion
•       Remain focused and flexible under shifting and sometimes ambiguous direction
•       Document project scope/charter and execute approval process
•       Lead the development of high-level and detailed business requirements, actively managing scope to the approved requirements
•       Create, maintain and monitor the progress of the complex project schedules and milestones using Microsoft Project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
•       Motivate the project team to provide quality output and maintain momentum
•       Maintain all standard project documentation in accordance with procedures and practices
•       Participate in and support project management process improvement efforts

•       Strong writing and superior communications skills including negotiating agreement with partners, stakeholders, and management and project team members.
•       Operate as a key liaison role for assigned projects
•       Set expectations and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, management and project team members
•       Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, providing agendas and weekly meeting minutes on a timely basis
•       Generate regular progress and project status reports at varying levels of detail and at various stages through a project's monitoring and reporting cycle which includes weekly reports
•       Conduct Administrative Closure Procedures which includes Lessons Learned, Project Review sessions

•       Skilled with Microsoft Project to develop and maintain detailed project schedules and estimates
•       Maintain knowledge of new project methodologies and tools, as well as an understanding of current and new technologies
•       Keep abreast of industry information technology direction and have a solid understating of IT Infrastructure including server, network, telephony and infrastructure terminology and basic functionalities
•       Ability to parse complex technical topics and dependencies
Qualifications and Skills:
•       Independent self-starter with a can do attitude and innovative conceptual thinker with a strong blend of analytical and creative skills.
•       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
•       Five years or more of direct work experience in a project management capacity, especially managing large IT projects
•       Two to four years in a demonstrated technical role supporting servers, network, telephony and/or infrastructure implementations
•       PMP certification preferred
•       Proficient knowledge of project management concepts, such as, PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile is a plus
•       Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative style of team leadership is essential
•       Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
•       Microsoft Office tools are used on a daily basis especially Microsoft Project and SharePoint
•       Level of required travel is less than 10%
