This request is to support the proposed DOL ruling (Department of Labor) that will impact our client's retirement accounts. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training design, developing and maintaining a training curriculum is required
  • Knowledge and utilization of ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation is required
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses highly preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory is required
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills     
  • Proficiency with web development tools and learning technologies (Adobe Flash, Action Script, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Captivate, Articulate). 
  • Familiarity with XML, SCORM, video deployment, and file optimization techniques
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles or user interaction is required
  • Strong organization and time management skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree in a training related field such as instructional technology, psychology, education or business is preferred
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts throughout the firm to analyze needs, develop appropriate learning objectives, and gather/maintain information.  
  • Establishes a process and schedule for regular audits of learning programs to:
    • evaluate overall alignment with business objectives.
    • ensure that the most current information is included
  • Selects and recommends appropriate media and delivery methods for coursework. 
  • Manages learning programs of varying scales from inception through evaluation within designated timeframe
  • Adheres to department and Compliance quality standards and ensures appropriate implementation of courses. 
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation
