This position will be a 90 day right to hire in our Eligibility group.  Hours during the consulting period will typically be limited to 40 hours per week, however, you must be willing to work extra hours with little to no notice as our volume may peak unexpectedly. Our environment is fast paced and exciting! You will be asked to work with internal teams, analysts, programmers, and customers. We ask that you are very communicative, thorough and detail oriented. We need folks who can put all the pieces together when needed and multi-task daily. We are looking forward to meeting you!

Must possess the following skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • SQL or other Query type experience
  • Handle Multiple project and tasks
  • Full project life cycle experience
    • Work with clients, users or etc to define requirements
    • Develop business and technical requirements
    • Create testing scenarios and complete testing
    • Work with users on User Acceptance testing
    • Complete post production review
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
Would like to have:
  • AS400/iSeries Experience
  • Experience working with Eligibility/Membership data
  • Understanding of HIPAA 834 format
JOB SUMMARY   
Participates in full-life cycle software development for mid-size to complex projects by performing requirements analysis and testing using development methodology.  Works closely with programmers to develop detailed design specifications.  Develop documentation according to standards.  Serves as liaison between Business Owners, End Users, IT Programming staff and IT Management.  Responds to ad hoc requests for support and analysis.  Requires minimal supervision and technical assistance.  May coordinate the work of others. Candidate will start out with process learning, data analysis, and shadow on projects until understanding of team process is in place.   Then as time permits will drive membership projects through scope of project.
