As our Clients Cloud Services Azure Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for centrally supporting the technical elements of the implementation of their software.  In this role, you will be working with their sales organization and monitor and utilize tools in Azure to ensure the successful deployment of the client’s DSX environment.  The successful candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, knowledge of VMs in a cloud environment, and a strong experience in implementing software.  This position requires limited client contact and travel.  Located in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and keep up to date with knowledge of emerging Azure technology and tools
  • Recommend design for new support tools for use in a SaaS environment
  • Develop and implement monitoring and management tools for SaaS customers
  • Provide superior support for all SaaS customers
  • Identify process flaws and propose solutions
  • Work closely with application support department to help solve customer problems
Required skills/knowledge
  • Bachelor of IT, IS or related curriculum
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
  • How to write and utilize PowerShell scripts
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure experience
Preferred skills/knowledge
  • SQL
  • Understanding of supply chain
