We're hiring a mid-to-senior .NET Developer for an onsite contract role in St. Louis. The right candidate is comfortable across the full Microsoft stack — .NET, SQL Server, and ASP.NET — and can plug into an existing environment and contribute quickly. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a strong plus but not required.Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET
- Build, optimize, and tune SQL Server databases — T-SQL, stored procedures, views, performance tuning
- Support and enhance existing web applications and internal tools
- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the stack
- Integrate with internal systems and third-party APIs as needed
- Where applicable, support or extend Dynamics GP customizations, integrations, or reporting
- 5+ years of professional .NET development (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core)
- Strong C# and ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC)
- Solid SQL Server experience — T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization
- Full SDLC experience — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work fully onsite in St. Louis, MO
- Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) — customizations, integrations, or reporting
- ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or .NET Core
- Front-end familiarity (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Razor)
- Source control with Git, TFS, or Azure DevOps
- Reporting tools — SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Power BI
