We are seeking an Automation & AI Engineer to design, build, and support automation workflows that streamline operations and enhance client deliverables. This role sits at the intersection of low-code automation, AI integration, and data connectivity, making it a unique opportunity to shape how our teams and clients leverage next-generation tools like n8n, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Sparkflow.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, and Zapier.
Integrate SharePoint, Teams, SQL, and other business systems to create seamless, automated processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, document workflows, and translate them into automated solutions.
Prototype and deploy AI-powered automations using tools like OpenAI, Copilot, and Vibe Coding.
Support Sparkflow analytics projects by building connectors, automations, and notifications that increase adoption and ROI.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Stay current on emerging automation and AI tools, recommending new approaches that drive efficiency.
Collaborate with US and India teams to standardize automation practices and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' of professional experience in automation, integration, or systems role.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
Basic proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data integration).
Exposure to AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, custom GPTs).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
Excellent communication skills — able to gather requirements and explain solutions to non-technical users.
Additional Skills (Not Required)
Experience with basic coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell).
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
Familiarity with DevOps or version control for workflow management.
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
