Workflow Automation Engineer

We are seeking an Automation & AI Engineer to design, build, and support automation workflows that streamline operations and enhance client deliverables. This role sits at the intersection of low-code automation, AI integration, and data connectivity, making it a unique opportunity to shape how our teams and clients leverage next-generation tools like n8n, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Sparkflow.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems with technology, is comfortable working across multiple platforms, and has a knack for quickly learning new tools.

 
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, and Zapier.
  • Integrate SharePoint, Teams, SQL, and other business systems to create seamless, automated processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, document workflows, and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Prototype and deploy AI-powered automations using tools like OpenAI, Copilot, and Vibe Coding.
  • Support Sparkflow analytics projects by building connectors, automations, and notifications that increase adoption and ROI.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay current on emerging automation and AI tools, recommending new approaches that drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with US and India teams to standardize automation practices and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' of professional experience in automation, integration, or systems role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Basic proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data integration).
  • Exposure to AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, custom GPTs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to gather requirements and explain solutions to non-technical users.
Additional Skills (Not Required)
  • Experience with basic coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or version control for workflow management.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
